The following processes and activities fall under the direct responsibilities of this position :

  • Work in partnership with Regional Strategic Team to design the Access Events plan based on business needs.
  • Ensure the implementation of the Regional Access Events plan as :
  • Accountable for content development / review, agenda definition, speaker management, event communication campaign development and local teams’ alignment to assure customers attendance to events.
  • Follow the key milestones on achievement of goals and objectives (Key performance indicators)
  • In collaboration with Events Logistic team, coordinate contracts, approvals and budget reviews and prepare budget recommendations.
  • Compile and distribute metrics - feedback to the Access Regional Team.
  • Advises management of changing needs of customer base and recommends process changes to accommodate customer requirement.
  • Build internal reputation as a credible Access Events expert cross Therapeutic Areas.
  • Any health care career with 2+ years industry / business experience as Access Field representative is preferable.

    Experience in Oncology, Hematology, Immunology markets.

    Preferred knowledge of franchise strategic plans.
