What's the role :
The Manager of HR Technology Delivery will have responsibility for the delivery (Functional / Technical Design, Development & Configuration, Test support & Implementation) of all HR transformation solutions throughout the Liberty Latin America (LLA) footprint.
Single Point-of-Contact to the VP of HR Systems to provide technical guidance, drive best practice architectural design and tightly manage implementation teams in the quality, timeline and budget of HR system projects.
Knowledge and Experience
Minimum 5 years previous experience managing large scale HRIS rollout projects
Minimum 10 years previous implementation experience in a technical architect, technical consulting, project management or other similar role on HRIS deployment projects
Deep understanding and experience with industry leading HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Workday, iCIMS, ADP, etc.)
Fundamental understanding and familiarity with the concepts of HRIS / HRMS / HCM (Talent Management, Training & Enablement, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Appraisals and Payroll)
Strong Technical expertise with integration between HRIS platforms, including batch ETL, point-to-point connector integrations and modern SOA / API integrations
Familiar with data model design and mapping concepts
Solid business planning experience, demonstrating a track record of success as a business leader and have the ability to collaborate with various departments to achieve mutual success
Extensive proven experience of project management techniques including planning, resource allocation, prioritization and escalation within an international telecom environment.
Demonstrate strong influencing and persuading skills, encourage colleagues and teams to change established processes and achieve improvements and best practice
Significant negotiation skills, both commercially and complex delivery disciplines
Deep understanding of ITIL framework and processes
Extensive experience in Agile Software Delivery

What you'll do :
Develop the functional & technical designs for new and existing IT applications that are part of the new E2E LLA HR IT Ecosystem
Own development & configuration for new and existing IT applications that are part of the new E2E LLA HR IT Ecosystem
Conduct data migrations for new and existing IT applications that are part of the new E2E LLA HR IT Ecosystem
Provide test support for new and existing IT applications that are part of the new E2E LLA HR IT Ecosystem
Provide Tier 4 operational support to IT Operations for new IT applications that are part of the E2E LLA HR IT Ecosystem
Manage the CAPEX & OPEX budget for HR IT
Owns & drives the delivery of the operational, tactical and strategic roadmap for HR solutions within LLA.
Owns unit, system & module testing for all transformed LLA HR solutions ensuring quality and timely solutions are delivered within budget.
Owns vendor management (incl. contract & license management) for the transformational LLA HR IT solution vendors.
Maintains and improves relationships with key stakeholders and peers in the operating countries and key vendor partners.
Develops an effective partnership with suppliers and customers, establishing confidence and respect.
Advises and influences business clients and customers, as a trusted partner, regarding the delivery, costs, availability and functionality of services and systems.
Manages budget for function and supports the annual budget submission.
