Responsible for updating and supporting the IS regulatory database.

Under general direction from manager, provides mentorship and coaching to newer employees
Communicates and shares methods for success with team and department.
May process client requests directly or support customer care team with question on client requests.
Answers questions on completed reports and follows up on client issues with relevant internal contacts.
Seeks information pertaining to individuals and organizations within the Latin American Region thru the use of Internet.
Compile information into IS Regulatory databases.
