Responsible for the planning and implementation of the CHANEL Global Media & CRM plan in LATAM territory. Media : Design, propose and lead with partners, internal and external, an adequate media strategy & annual plan to serve image and business objectives.
Manage media agency, third parties and vendors to guarantee strategy and implementation of media in the region. Lead the implementation of programmatic and audience planning programs in Latin America.
Adapt global guidelines to local needs. Lead local media initiatives of distributors according to set media strategies. Manage media working budget including technical costs, avbs and fees.
Guarantee billing according to approved plans and executions. Push and drive innovation to bring efficiencies to media working budget, and optimizations to extend reach and quality.
CRM : Manage CRM owned program and communication strategy aligned with marketing calendars and local initiatives for LATAM local markets.
Implement traffic creation strategies and social amplification via trade. In charge of owned database administration, analysis, mining and segmentation.
Follow up on global and legal guidelines of data privacy and process, data capture and data transfer follow up. Lead Sales and Brand Managers teams on CRM strategy, plans and tools.
Oversee local production and global request for CRM tools. Responsible for the customer service email line across the region ensuring brand and product global communication. Manage CRM budget.
