The Delivery Management (DM) Chapter within xPIX (crossPharma Informatics) hosts and deploys high quality talents (Program / Project Managers, Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters), leaders who can role model mindset, practices and behaviour while engaging the Organization to deliver what patients need next.
Tasks & Responsibilities :
As an Enterprise Agile Coach who embodies the agile mindset, you work across the organisation to bring Agility at scale.
You support organizational transformations at various levels. By introducing and leading efficient ways of working in a complex corporate environment, you enable people towards Roche’s vision to bring benefits to our patients faster at a lower cost to society.
What you’ll be working on :
Coach and mentor Scaled agile implementations across the organization, including SAFe, Kanban, Lean and other frameworks.
Enable, facilitate, coach and mentor multiple teams within and across programs and value stream networks to deliver value to the customer through innovation and continuous improvement.
Partner with individuals, teams and leaders across the organization to establish a healthy network ecosystem, facilitate learning and removal of impediments to delivery value with rapid learning cycles and faster time-to-market.
Engage in community of interests / practices with other Agile coaches in Roche, developing and evolving our agile practices in a scalable and sustainable way.
Role model individual and teams to set them up for success :
Guide the development of overall team purpose and objectives / goals and team dynamics.
Cultivate a culture of open constructive disagreement with a psychological safety environment, where people learn how to solve conflicts and learn from different perspectives, still focus on tangible actions, achieving common outcomes.
Enable them to break through team challenges to find new approaches and creative ways to move forward when challenged through uncertainty, ambiguity in a global and complex context.
Coach and advise leaders on agile leadership behaviors and practices, co-creating vision articulation and strategic roadmap for short, mid and long term.
Develop and evolve the agile operating model for use across the organization, including our internal agile coaching capability.
Develop the organization and practices by providing training on Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc), behaviours and mindset including Communities of practice.
The ideal candidate :
Certified in SAFe SPC and / or SPCT.
Experience in Lean Portfolio management, Lean Change management, Organizational Change Management and setting up value streams.
Has the willingness, competences and ability to manage and shape the ways of working for senior stakeholders / decision makers and is able to both navigate and engage people through uncertainty and ambiguity.
Extensive proven experience, but also applying different agile frameworks from small to multiple global teams where large coordination of processes, change and people are needed.
Exhibits the behaviors of a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile Mindset. Has an intense focus on the needs of others while able to keep themselves healthy.
Has strong active listening, empathy and communication skills
Displays emotional intelligence, and is able to navigate team interrelationships and conflicts skillfully.

Is a strong facilitator, able to guide teams to a collective outcome vs. direct teams to a pre-ordained solution. Is able to have a presence within a group.
Exhibits the skills and tools required to shape the experience of the group.
Ability to model different facilitation techniques and problem solving approaches such as Lean Inception, Design thinking and Liberating Structures.
Flexibility to work entirely virtually as well as in person, travel might be required.
