Job Description
The Estee LauderCompanies ( ELC ) Compliance program is dedicated to promoting anorganizational culture of ethical business conduct and a commitment tocompliance with the law.
This position is part of ELC’s Global Legalorganization and willserve as a key member of the ELC Compliance team and support the development,rollout and monitoring of various key compliance program initiatives, systems,and controls.
In particular, the Program Manager will play ameaningful role in managing the development of and execution on strategic andcreative program assets that enhance compliance controls and raise awareness ofcompliance topics across the company. These include :
Policy Management : Manage the policylifecycle process, including processes related to policy updates, review andapproval, distribution and acknowledgments.
DueDiligence - Perform due diligence activities for onboarding and continuousmonitoring of third parties (Suppliers, Distributors, Retailers, etc.)
Training andCommunications : Scheduleand execute on an annual compliance training and communications plan. Produce,program and launch web-based compliance training initiatives through thelearning management system.
Project manage all facets and logistics for globalin-person compliance trainings. Ensure compliance training participation isaccurately recorded in the learning management system, and report and follow-upon delinquent participation and acknowledgments.
Initiate drafts of compliancecommunications and manage distribution plan.
Compliance Website : Supportdevelopment of Compliance intranet microsite. Work with colleagues acrossfunctions to ensure the site is implemented and regularly updated.
Compliance Systems : Work with informationtechnology and other stakeholders to procure and implement Governance, Risk andCompliance platforms that support compliance controls.
Serve as compliancesystem administrator and enter data when necessary.
Audit Preparation : Assist in the preparation ofmaterials for internal audits.
Meeting Preparation : Help to preparepresentations and reports on key performance indicators for various compliancemeetings.
Research : Conductindustry research and maintain ongoing awareness of compliance program trendsand providers. Facilitate RFP processes as necessary.
Additionalmiscellaneous work as needed, possibly to include development of trainingcontent and / or investigations.
Position based at ELC’s OneSource Legal SharedServices Center in Panama
