A&I directly influences business strategy, product design, pricing, media investments, and much more. We use our boundless curiosity to discover what consumers want, why they want it & how we can influence them through immersive exploration, in-depth analysis, and good research.

You'll be answering questions like : What should our brands stand for? Who are our target shoppers and how do we best reach them?

How can we invent exciting in-store & on-line shopper experiences? This is an outstanding opportunity to obtain insights through a Fast Moving Consumer Goods company.

An individual in the CMK function :

Combines analytics and insights to directly influence business strategy, product design, pricing, media investments, retail, go to market strategy and much more!

Uses our boundless curiosity to discover what consumers want, why they want it, and how we can influence them through immersive exploration, in-depth analysis, and good research.

Uses deep HCP understanding to discover opportunities to help patient outcomes and uncover unmet needs for Doctors, patients and pharmacists.

Uses state of the art analytics tools to dig deep in the data, identifying key business drivers and assessing the impact of investments like advertising and in store promotions.

Uses big data sources and analytics to understand consumers, Health Care Professionals, markets, and retailers. We answer questions like : What should our brands stand for?

Who are our target shoppers? How do we best reach them? How can we create exciting in-store and online shopper experiences? And What’s next?

The role of a manager in Analytics & Insights is to :

Act as an internal, active, and influential business strategy consultant, ensuring that HCP, consumer and shopper analytics and insights are the foundations of our business strategy and execution.

Be part of a multi-functional business team, working closely with Brand Management, Sales, R&D, Finance, and others, constantly exploring new opportunities for business growth.

Build-on and combine soft social skills with analytical skills and use integrative thinking to convey research findings to drive actions with key business partners.

Be consumer & HCP focused and curious. There’s always something new to discover about consumers and HCPs. One day you could be exploring human decision-making & how the brain works and another deep-diving into big data sets to spot patterns and create findings to shape P&G business strategies.

Grow your skills day-in, day-out, by connecting with internal & external experts to explore new ways to learn and by exchanging your findings with the CMK family.

Specifically, for the Latin America OTC & RX Brands Analytics & Insights

This role reports to the Analytics & Insights Latin America Health Care Leader and is located in Panama.

It has no direct reports.

It owns the consumer / HCP learning plan and CMK-related activities within the brand franchise. This could include toolkit developments, new brand or initiative launches, geography expansion, WHO / consumer / target definition, brand architecture and equity definition, package or copy development and assessment, etc.

It collaborates regularly with market teams across Latin America to drive the Franchise learning agenda guiding choices

Job Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, data analytics, psychology, social studies, anthropology, Life Sciences or some other degree where you learned the skills required in this work.

3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry market data analytics, consumer insights, market research, or an equivalent field.

Strong analytical skills and understanding of manipulating multiple data sources (quantitative and qualitative). A statistical qualification is not required, but comfort with data analysis is needed.

knowledge of pharma Industry data sources (Prescription & sales data, prescription habits,

Creativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through, communication, and priority-setting.

Ability to contribute and influence across levels and functions.

Willing to travel.

Experience in one of the following therapeutical areas is preferred but not necessary Pain Relief or Nerve Care.
