You are responsible for

Manage or handle part of the E2E Planning, design, build, test, deploy and run the platforms for both Functional and non-functional requirements in line with planned budget, resources and timelines, working effectively with partners and Philips staff.

Ensure KPI’s are met if not start service improvement

Reduction of critical incidents that lead to unplanned downtime of system or critical functionality.

Responsible for the lifecycle management of the Platform including cost management, Security and Compliance guidelines.

Participate or lead in internal capability-building initiatives, Sourcing and Utilization Management.

Interface with the other platform teams wherever required and ensure delivery of business demands.

Enable the business by using best practices, tools, techniques, methodologies like Lean, Agile, DevSecOps and save costs and efforts to both IT and business.

Organize Partner Teams in line with Sourcing contracts, manage their delivery, service, and finance performance.

Reduction of critical incidents that lead to unplanned downtime of system or critical functionality.

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following ·

Bachelor’s degree, from a reputed college or University

Microsoft Teams certified (Microsoft MS 700 certification)

Competency on Microsoft 365 Teams, including core Teams functionality and anything related to Teams such as Teams Enterprise Voice, Teams Rooms, Teams panels, Call Quality Dashboard, Teams admin center and Teams Live Events.

Working knowledge of Zoom (nice to have)

Preferably also experience with other Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, Planner (secondary skills)
