Provide project support for projects within the Technology Consulting & Implementation Services (TCIS) portfolio. Work closely with the IBM and client teams to provide project support which includes project coordination, scheduling, tracking, escalating and reporting weekly and monthly to stakeholders on both IBM and client side.
Work with our clients and collaborate with team members to drive favorable outcomes and ability to drive to contract milestones and deliverables.
Ability to manage multiple projects with short windows, deliver on time and on budget. Drive high customer satisfaction with our clients and look for ways to grow our relationship and scope with our clients.
