You are responsible for

Accountable for Workplace services representing AMS region that includes North America, Canada, and South America and act as a backup for the other regions.

Engagement with Market s IT stakeholders to understand the business demands / pain points.

Perform manage the Workplace S ervices that includes device , peripherals, software deployment , security patching, etc.

Oversee the utilization of IT Assets (Hardware / Software) , asset performance and improving the efficiency including licenses.

Lead upcoming Merger & Acquisitions and enable employee on / boarding in relation to workplace services. (must)

Perform manage the partner performance in relation work Workplace services and ensure YoY improvements and expectations realized.

Keep a tab of budget, forecast and plan in line with workplace strategy.

Monitor, measure, report, review current performance of services and components, an ensure business requirements are achieved.

Serve as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions.

Del iver a comprehensive managed Workplace services to the Philips users and ensure security and compl iance with Philips Policies.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and or commensurate experience in delivering enterprise-based Workplace services within a global business.

Management of Windows and Mac device lifecycle that includes hardware / s oftware and peripherals especially Lenovo, HP, Dell and Mac brands.

Working knowledge of management systems such as Intune / SCCM and modern managed and co-managed devices.

Working knowledge of identity and access management that includes Azure AD, Active directory and Single Sign-On.

Working knowledge of software d istribution and deployment to workplace devices.

Exposure to Windows / Mac device monitoring and performance management.

Exposure to security and compliance framework in relation to Workplace including Microsoft Endpoint Manager .

Exposure to IT Asset management that includes procurement and inventory planning.

Basic knowledge on LAN / WAN environments in relation to workplace devices.

Exposure to on / boarding of employees and in relation to Merger & Acquisition.

Min : 15-17 years of experience
