This role is responsible for managing the support and development of business growth of Global Services and Solutions Latin American business, with a heavy focus on the owned office network.
As part of the Global Services and Solutions (GSS) practice, role holders’ will ensure the implementation of the International Practice Guidelines across the correspondent network.
They are also required to understand multinational / global insurance programs, global program coordination and needs of multinational clients.
Align with sales teams for support on new business development, notably RFP drafting for Multination business and global international clients with presence in the region prospects by providing GSS and country capabilities information and advisement to WTW colleagues working on RFP proposals for prospects with operations in the region
Achieve network alignment and implementation of GSS footprint for owned offices and new acquisitions (Unity Group acquisition in 2020)
Regional resource and developer for GSS Internal Events, Cross-Selling opportunities : target, develop, and plan internal events for GSS such as : away days for leadership, roadshows, GSS Conference activities
Serve as the first point of escalation for client service issues, placement requests and regulatory inquiries for multinational clients with operations in the region
Assist in book of business analysis and business development strategy in addition to GSS and regional work streams
Act a regional resource for colleagues engaged in servicing of existing multinational clients as well as those endeavoring to win new multinational business
Assist in the review of existing international practice guidelines, processes and protocols to optimize the functionality of the multinational practice GSS and realize the goals and directives of WTW Leadership
Internal client success manager for the region. Work to improve the understanding and interaction with our internal clients using best practices and model in the following areas :
Supporting WTW Owned offices in LATAM on account servicing activities for multinational clients in the region.
Active contribution to GSS CRB Global Protocols and Guideline, as well as implement adoption of New Best Practices such as : Playbooks, Updated Pricing Tools, OneLink and Regional Tracking tool
University degree with relevant course work and / or applicable professional experience
Experience in the Insurance industry
Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external clients and maintaining effective relationships with the same
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with colleagues throughout the group including senior leaders
Ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources to produce solutions for clients and the business
Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work with ambiguity and imperfect information
