As a Key Account Manager End User you’ll be responsible for lead Professional Projects and Accounts of Indoor business.

What you’ll do

  • Brings awareness and enthusiasm to explain the role played by light in different contexts, which influences decisions / purchase agreements.
  • Differentiate Signify systems and Products offerings strategically and tactically by understanding the drivers of business, knowledge of the competition and application of the right combination of technology.
  • Compliance with sales objectives. Boosts high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manages and maintains relationships with customers in all phases of project development.
  • You are responsible for executing the sales activity in the assigned territory within Indoor Business (Retail and Hospitality, Office and Industry and Public) .
  • Your qualifications

  • University degree or higher education completed in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of customer experience (preferably in sales), with knowledge of the lighting industry and proven ability to achieve sales goals.
  • Knowledge and experience of the lighting sector : market, customers, and competition. Knowledge of the product and applications of professional lighting.
  • Focused on the client with the ability to adjust plans and actions to meet the changing needs of the market / client.
  • Excellent communication, as well as interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with others in a professional, courteous, and ethical manner.
  • Advanced English is desirable.
  • Position located in Ecuador.
  • You must be based in Ecuador.
