HR05-ESG-HR Employee Service Specialist

Under general supervision, provides customer support escalation, coordination of workflow, and quality improvement direction to Human Resources Service Center staff inpletion of their day-

to-day activities. Provides accurate and prompt response to a wide range of human resources customer inquiries. Utilizes knowledge base, procedures, policy manuals, HR databases, and other resources to resolve inquiries via telephone, voicemail, or e-

mail. Understands, applies, andmunicates conceptual elements of Human Resources rules and regulations. Assures organizational goals are met by consistently following approved processes and replicating successful practices, proactively developing internal relationships, and identifying areas for improvement.

Refers issues that require specific, in-depth knowledge to appropriate COE. Track all customer contacts and follow-up on escalations to assure satisfactory resolution.

Serves as a first level subject matter expert. May monitor the work of lower level Human Resources Service Center staff.

Demonstrates skills typically acquired throughpletion of an undergraduate degree in human resources or related business field or equivalent experience plus 1-

2 years experience to include abination of customer service and functional Human Resources.
