ROLE SUMMARY

The analyst will be responsible for :

  • Providing LSC team with technical data and analytics to support qualification and filing strategies
  • Responsible for ensuring the development of temperature data models for all new IO lanes as governed by the global seasonality program
  • Responsible for creating scenario analyses and testing parameters for CAPA effectiveness
  • Responsible for managing and archiving all vendor operational qualification data, protocols and reports in Pfizer IO document repository
  • Responsible for the maintenance and archiving of LSC Business Process documents
  • ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    New Product Launch (NPL) Support :

  • Accountable for completion and filing of User Requirement Specification (URS) for all NPL’s and Transport Validation Support requests
  • Liaise with Logistics Network Operations in establishing lane characterization data supporting all new product launch lanes
  • Responsible for obtaining / providing lane temperature profile data to be summarized as part of lane characterization requirements for Transport Validation qualification requirements.
  • Responsible for executing data models using global seasonality and other data sources for the development of innovative temperature control solutions
  • Responsible for creating scenario analyses and testing parameters for CAPA effectiveness
  • Responsible for managing and archiving all vendor operational qualification data, protocols and reports in Pfizer IO document repository
  • Responsible for analyzing global temperature excursion data and matrices to identify opportunities for broad sweeping CAPA’s
  • Provide various analyses to assist in Logistics Solutions and Compliance and Logistics Delivery Operations objectives, including impact of IO Strategic Focus areas as Customer Service levels and Zero Defects.
  • Validation and qualification support

  • When required, will author operational, performance qualification protocols and reports
  • Responsible for drafting technical documentation supporting qualification strategies established by LSC launch or regional leads
  • Ensures logistics compliance with regional regulatory requirements where accountable
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Operations Management, Business or engineering.
  • Min 3 years of related Pharma experience preferred
  • Aptitude to learn, develop, and adapt to change
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written (English) with both technical and non-technical clients. Demonstrated collaborative, consultative, problem solving, prioritization and analytical skills.
  • Day-to-Day Management :

  • Highly organized and ability to work with global teams of varying levels.
  • Ability to analyze and breakdown complex data to meaningful information for non-technical end users
  • Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities through complex data models
  • Technical skills

  • Strong excel and data management background
  • knowledge of ERP and experience (SAP Preferred )
  • Expert in Microsoft applications including Excel and good knowledge PowerPoint. Database experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of analytical applications preferred
