The opportunity :

As a Talent & Development Partner, you’ll advise, guide, and deploy to the respective region the Talent & Development products and tools, connecting local / regional needs, to the global agenda and offerings.

You’ll support the business leaders in all regional matters related to the function of talent and development nature. You’ll impact in our People Strategy by deploying together with HR Business Partners and People Partners : the HR Cycle, Learning & Development programs, Engagement Survey, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent and Performance, and other similar topics, that together support our mission of delivering a great employee experience.

What you impact will be

  • Great employee experience by deploying talent matters and connecting local / regional needs, to the global agenda and offerings.
  • Ensuring that regional business strategy is supported and enabled by great employee experience.

  • Constant Care, towards our people and our business, acting as a sparring partner, advising on talent programs, finding solutions, and following on regional demands.
  • Supporting HR Business Partners in talent management. sessions with Regional Leadership Team, supporting from process and tools perspective.

  • Continuous improvement, by strategizing and implementing of key talent initiatives in support of strategic ambitions. Facilitation & drive of strong succession plans in the areas and across the region
  • Clarity & Agility by training and communicating material related to Talent & Development in an agile way supporting employees and business needs.
  • Your responsibilities :

  • Ensures the timely and quality delivery of all Global COE programs and events regionally providing local and relevant support.
  • Capability gap analysis, talent brokerage within the region and across, diversity equity and inclusion efforts, mapping, and implementation of regional initiatives.
  • Provides insights, highlights risk, presents opportunities to the T&D Head and other community stakeholders.
  • Works closely with the T&D Specialists regionally and within Americas to deploy their products and communications.
  • Owns the regional vendor relationships ensuring that the Maersk procurement policies are followed and seeks opportunities to reduce costs whilst maintaining quality learning experiences.
  • What we are looking for :

    As for the skill set and experience, we are looking for :

  • Desire to add value to the business in a specialist role, providing knowledge and expertise
  • Vast and contemporary experience within Talent Management, Succession Planning, Learning, Performance Management, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, or any other related areas.
  • Specific experience in building and deploying Learning Programs for sales, marketing and customer experience departments
  • Passion, curiosity and application around talent and development
  • Senior Stakeholder Management, sparring and influencing skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Facilitation skills
  • Solution thinking and forward thinking, supported by strong analytical skills
  • Active listening with a customer experience mindset
  • Results driven
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Knowledge of Portuguese would be beneficial
