Job Description :
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator II for a very important client.Responsible for supporting TAOS Programs Team with employee driver monitoring and pre-employment background programs as well as other tasks.
This includes reviewing background findings, conducting information gathering conversations with employees and candidates and determining the correct action.
Will act as a liaison between cross functional partners in TAOS, Compliance, HR and EAS and more to relay information, and ensure the appropriate outcomes are met.
Provides quality support services of with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness.Works with moderate supervision / guidance and is accountable for individual results and impact on team.
Track cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using a case management system.Supports TAOS Programs teams with other tasks as neededWorks virtually with moderate supervision / guidanceExperience prioritizing tasks, managing workloads, coordinating support and completing tasks in a virtual work environment.
Is accountable for individual results and impact on team Experience communicating and presenting professionally in virtual meeting environments such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Administer the recruiting process with a thorough understanding and knowledge of employment law, Company policy, and business impact
The ideal candidate will posses the following qualifications : - Knowledge of excel (formula's, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)- Useful to know PowerPoint chartsThey are also open to recent college (business) graduates with relevant experience.
