Digital Architect Manager and Security

Define, implement and enforced a digital strategy in terms of privacy, security and product development roadmaps for existing and future products
Be a product security evangelist and partner closely with internal and external business partners and engineering leaders
Communicate strategies and trade-offs up to senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Synthesize market changes and technology improvements into meaningful advancements for our products
Assess gaps between current and target security architectures, evaluate options, and develop appropriate solution strategies leveraging Millicom’s technologies in combination with other tools.
Enforce process and manage incidents and escalations
Domain expertise in privacy and security
Balance technical and business insight; able to communicate what is possible and what will have the biggest impact on business
Build strong relationships internally and externally; an active listener and clear communicator; seeks understanding. Preferred Qualification Requirements
8 to 10+ years in the high tech industry with experience owning products from inception to launch at a combination of both small and large organizations
5+ years senior product manager level experience leading geographically distributed teams to include remote teams
Excellent interpersonal skills, which include active listening and the ability to present complex ideas in concise written and verbal descriptions easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ideally you have previously driven a product development process to include assessment of : impact, risk analysis, prioritization, and analysis
Your experience includes working with external partners both in the U.S. and abroad in a product management role
Manage existing products through proper methodologies and practices
Lead product lifecycle from ideation through technical development, to launch
Build and maintain a product backlog and roadmap
Work with Engineering, Architecture and Infrastructure teams to successful delivery of features and capabilities
Work closely with customers to identify needs and requirements
Cyber security background and experience
2-3+ years of experience as a Product manager - Must
Experience working in cyber / tech startups - Strong advantage
Demonstrated successful record in defining product roadmap s
Tech savvy which loves to stay on top of industry trends
Experience designing and delivering internet-scale, enterprise-wide cyber security technology products and capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills written and verbal

Ability to push ideas and influence decision making in a collaborative manner
