Product ManagerThe purpose of the Job

Responsible of the Loyalty Business in Central America

Manage the overall relationship with different issuers or business partner, not only on the day to day activities but also in defining mid and long term strategies to grow the business towards the accomplishment of MasterCard goals.

This position is accountable on different business initiatives related to Loyalty Solutions

The essential responsibilities of the position are as follows :

  • Manage the day to day rewards fulfillment operations
  • Manage the day-to-day activities needed to establish the rewards catalogs and promotions proposals, based on client’s requirements
  • Coordinate teams to implement different initiatives for the Loyalty Customers, such as Promotions, Cashback initiatives
  • Participate in business reviews with internal partners and customers
  • Manage client s escalation & complaints management
  • Develop and implement new business opportunities within financial / non financial industries to increase Mastercard Loyalty market share
  • Innovation and Thought Leadership : Recognizes and inspires innovation and Thought leadership as a necessity to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
  • Has the ability to lead integrated innovation within a business and develop solutions that meets the needs of stakeholders in new and different ways.

  • Monitors product performance metrics at all stages of the product life cycle, and makes recommendations regarding solutions to challenges in the portfolio or product strategy
  • All About You

  • Solid experience from Loyalty Programs (points / cashback loyalty programs) for banking, airlines or retail loyalty programs.
  • Desirable knowledge in benefits, assistances and insurances programs as loyalty initiatives.
  • Experience working in a strategic, cross functional role collaborating with multiple teams in different geographies
  • Fluency in English
  • Desirable experience in knowledge of analytics software (ex.Tableau, Power BI)
  • Commercial Mindset and Customer first-focus
  • Analytical and insights driven (to drive through growth strategies)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels
  • Strong, internal drive, results driven and willingness to learn and feed the organization with new insights
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
