As a Regional Contract Logistic Finance Business Partner you will work with Global, Regional and Area Contract logistics leadership teams and the Commercial Functional managers to proactively improve CL products performancer creating alignment between the overall strategy and direction set by Center Functions and Region / Area strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

Ensure decision making is based on robust, standard data and business cases and is underpinned by logical assumptions.

Ensure the Capacity Plans will be deployed as planned, address risk on potential delays and opportunities on Sales pipeline to accelerate the plan together with regional implementation team.

Proactively participate in Functional Communities globally as well as lead Contract Logistic Regional FBP community, drive implementation of outcomes and cascade communication from these to the area’s organization.

Proactively drive Functional Communities in the region, implement outcomes and cascade communication from these to the regional and Center organization.

Provide training and review standard report requirements / enhancements for Region with CEN.

Ensure we use and leverage simple, automate and standard processes throughout the region as well.

Drive forecasting throughout the Region, with proper focus on the how, why and what if’s and required data quality.

Governance Maintain our license to operate, being a good corporate citizen and ensuring we live up to our values and standards and improve our external reputation.

We are looking for

A Financial Educational background.

Prior proven experience (at least 5 years) in a similar function or in a consulting firm.

Can influence without authority.

A proven track record of demonstrating real business acumen. Due to the high complexity of the position, with a lot of stakeholders and dotted lines, it is expected that the role can navigate in such an environment with confidence.

Visible drive for results, inspires others to strive higher and is not limited by functional and leadership level boundaries.

The ability to motivate and develop people around you, so the results exceed the sum of all effort

The ability to influence without authority at various levels throughout the organisation, not limited to finance.

The capability of creating and succeeding through others is required, as well as the ability to adjust communication style and method to the audience.

Deal effectively with ambiguity

Strong interpersonal savvy and an eye for finding common ground and addressing performance issues in a positive though firm manner.
