What's The Role? As Senior Manager this person will be responsible for delivering IoT solutions and Dedicated Private networks to B2B customers.

This person will be responsible for defining the strategy, requirements, commercial model and leading a cross-function team to implement that strategy.

This person will be defining product requirements for each component of the solution, operation model fulfilling LLA’s security and compliances policies to bring to the customer the best user experience.

The IoT portfolio will have solutions oriented to either platforms and / or end-to-end solutions, on the other hand, Dedicated Private networks will be project-based solutions over dedicated 4G / 5G networks to support the enterprises on their digital transformation.

The successful candidate will understand the voice of the customers, translate to product requirements to be implemented and commercially launched under a unique Customer Value Proposition.

Ensure we design and implement powerful right to win elements into our products. This role requires a strong leader, innovative thinker, and execution mindset to drive our IoT and Dedicated Private networks into the future.

What You ll Do Drive the product development function within T&I and will also be responsible for product management having an end-to-end view throughout the product value chain.

Support the LLA B2B Customer Value Proposition and success of our B2B IoT and Dedicated Private networks across all LLA markets, ensuring that products are developed in alignment with the commercial objectives of the LLA B2B organization Drive the product development process, and interfacing with the Commercial, Technology, Engineering, IT, Security & Compliance, and other teams (not limited to legal, regulatory, finance, comms) to drive a successful product development under agile methodology Develop and refine the product introduction process, ensuring that B2B products that are deployed are in alignment with the commercial objectives and Go-to-Market strategy.

Build playbooks, product competitiveness analysis, elements for marketing material & collaterals and internal & external communication Develop and review product quality standards, ensure product quality is measured, tracked and improvements addressed Perform product lifecycle management, monitor the product profitability, road-map update, recommendation of product redesigns, new features where needed, and grandfathering obsolete products Work with the LLA B2B Commercial team to support business planning exercises, scenario planning and business case definition Drive LLA functions for Customer Centric solutions, including ensuring quality and on time delivery Drive delivery on-time and on budget to LLA markets Manage product lifecycle having a holistic perspective on financial, quality, commercial and operational performance Knowledge & Experience : Strong industry experience with a background in product development, especially telecommunications, software, and integrated solutions Strong background in Internet of Things and Dedicated Private networks (Industry 4.

0) under innovation or new business programs Strong analytical skills Strong background in project management Strong understanding of product testing and quality best practices Comfort working in a distributed matrix and across diverse geographies and markets Experience working in a cross functional environment Experience working with multiple partners & vendors Skills & Abilities : Strong planning, reporting, written and verbal communication skills Experience in customer insights and research Ability to drive improvement programs across diverse and complex environments.

Strong record of people management (direct or indirect) including communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Proven ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working partnerships at all levels through a collaborative approach.

Demonstrate strong influencing and persuading skills, encourage colleagues and teams to change established processes and achieve improvements and best practice.

Timeliness in all actions with quality consciousness towards services received and provided. Preferred education / qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in technology discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology) or business required Minimum 8, but 10 years of work-related experience is highly preferred.

Fluency in English required. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
