What you’ll achieveThis role supports the Business Controls Manager (BCM) and Director for North America Commercial and Enterprise Finance teams with key responsibility being to build and drive a controls and governance framework in support of the NA Commercial Public Sales business on activities related to critical sales support initiatives There will be an emphasis on learning the compliance and controls environment for North America’s Public business as well as support for other key controls areas.

This is a great opportunity to be a part of GBO and learn about the NA Sales organization. You will : Implement change management assessments for new business developments to ensure business risks are identified, owned, and mitigated.

Partner effectively with Legal, GAT and other support functions. Establish a Risk Management program consistent with Corporate Audit / Governance / Regulatory requirements.

Implement CSAs and other controls programs aligned to operations strategy and risk appetite.Assist on MRL process Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.

Here’s what we are looking for with this role : Essential RequirementsDegree in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting or related discipline Audit and / or business controls background in operations or commercial businesses Good understanding of business risks and controls managementAbility to identify improvement opportunities & translate same from concept to realitySelf-starter with a high level of diligence and the ability to work on own initiative and in conjunction with other key process leaderDesirable RequirementsPrior audit and controls experience is helpful but not required.
