Funciones :

  • Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures;
  • analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

  • Evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
  • Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; implementing accounting policies and procedures
  • Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts
  • Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data
  • Proficient in reconciliations and analysis
  • Requirements :

  • Accounting or business administration degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Excellent account reconciliation skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office programs with particular emphasis on Excel Worksheets
  • Must be deadline oriented, able to multi task, confidential, pc proficient
  • Proven time management skills
  • Oracle Financials experience is a plus
