Leadership Development - Program Manager & Facilitator While Dell Technologies drives human progress through groundbreaking technology, the Learning and Development team within Human Resources drives the development of our people.

We need everyone to be at the top of their game, so we design, prepare and deliver training and development programs for our managers and team members to achieve this.

We deliver and evaluate a wide range of programs, from new employee orientation and performance management to leadership development.

We also help to shape learning priorities within Dell and work consultatively with other HR professionals to share knowledge and implement organizational development programs.

The L&D Program Manager and Facilitator in the Talent and Culture Center of Excellence is responsible for driving and supporting high quality learning experiences, sustaining program and vendor excellence, and delivery of content using multiple facilitation techniques.

Ensure programs are aligned to Dell’s Culture Code, People Philosophy and business strategy. To excel in this role You will need to be a highly effective communicator, creative problem solver, adaptable and agile.

You are pro-active and take initiative to complete tasks and projects quickly and autonomously, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced collaborative environment.

You will draw on a full array of learning and consulting skills as you act in a variety of capacities for different times and purposes including : program development and launch, project management, content curation, facilitation, learning experience design, coaching, collaboration, performance consulting and needs assessment.

Key Responsibilities Manage the seamless end-to-end participant experience of learners through their program journey. Apply experiential learning principles and a workshop mindset to manage transformative multi-modal opportunities for learning (i.

e., classroom experiences, micro-learning, AR / VR, action-based and experiential learning, hackathons, pod casts, etc.) Apply strong influence and negotiation skills in vendor management best practices.

Model facilitation excellence and train others to deliver our learning programs and workshops, both in person and virtually, to diverse global learners.

Create strong and meaningful business relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to cascade learning and development strategy and build credibility as a SME Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training programs to improve content quality and participant experience.

  • Partner with various subject matter experts to design and adapt content across regions and client groups. Works with business and COE to execute on regional strategy and may help define part of the strategy by leading the approach to solutions;
  • presents training impact analysis and strategic updates to senior management Drive and contribute to phases of the ADDIE design process including needs assessment, design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning initiatives.

    Essential Requirements Brings innovation, energy and passion around learning and development, and can drive to execution.

    Excellent project management, logistics and budget management, as well as event management skills; creative problem solver, resourceful and data enthusiast.

    Requires an advanced background in learning and development with 7 + years of experience developing, delivering, and evaluating curriculum to a global audience.

    Exceptional at leading small and large group learning experiences (less teach and more facilitation) with diverse audiences.

    Ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment and lead through ambiguity and change by being able to absorb, process, and synthesize new information Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.

    Ability to work interdependently and collaboratively. Solid experience designing and delivering content based on adult learning principles.

  • Desirable Requirements 10+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree;
  • or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience Experience in leading or managing teams and / or supporting senior leaders Confidence, political savviness, gravitas and unflappability to engage, conduct business with and facilitate and present to senior leaders.
