The Kyndryl Network Deploy Leader will lead deployment for the North America IBM internal network. In this role, the leader will have expertise in leading squads to deliver IT network services and products to meet the needs of a business of Kyndryl.
The scope of this job role includes preparation for new or changed services, management of the change process, and maintenance of regulatory, legal, and professional standards, management of performance of systems and services in relation to their contribution to business performance, and management of in-house services and outsourced services.
Typical examples of the deliverables are service-level reporting, risk, and contingency planning. The employee guides functional objectives or technologies.
As we transform towards an engineering organization, any technical hands-on engineering expertise; and / or experience in leading an engineering organization is highly desirable.
