In this role, you have the opportunity to

Manage global Customers request with world class customer service processes and tool. Define action plan to deliver the solution to Customer problem.

Operates more autonomously within procedures, methods and techniques.

You are responsible for

  • Basic knowledge of Product involved in our Services offer
  • Basic knowledge of our internal processes to solve issue
  • Quality System and basic Problem solving tools
  • Able to present simple case to management team
  • Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
  • Work dependently in the performance of own work and takes decisions with regard to planning, execution and quality.
  • Quality before quantity to be delivered
  • To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 2+ years of experience in the order management, logistics or related
  • Advanced English
  • Basic knowledge of SAP
  • Customer Service experience
  • Excel Intermediate
  • Functions as an active member of the team and shares knowledge and experience to resolve customer issues.
  • Communicates with and helps other team members resolve issues
  • Shares knowledge and experience with the team
  • Provides a positive, cohesive company image when discussing Philips with internal and external customers
  • Takes ownership of the customer support experience through support as a resource to the goals of the team
