You are responsible for
Building and maintaining the SSD integration organization, determining the ways of working, and defining key interfaces.
Formulating the overall integration plan, in consultation with cross-functional and cross-business contributors, business leadership, the Integration Management Office and other parties.
Defining sub-workstream projects and their goals, organizes the resources to be used (time, budget and information) and specifying quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Defining risks and developing scenarios to mitigate these risks.
Ensuring proper execution vs the project plan.
Deploying Process Improvement and Quality Assurance and making the project organization efficient and transparent to participants and business stakeholders.
Providing management and stakeholders with regular program performance status, variances to plan and identifying of corrective actions, reporting on employees’ performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees for the purpose of the appraisal and conducting evaluation at the completion of the integration.
Coordinating effective communication / change management strategies for integration as appropriate.
Ensuring effective transfer / archiving of the integration processes, templates and results and any other associated intellectual capital.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree, a technical degree, i.e. Engineering or Science is preferred, equivalent experience is considered.
5+ years of project management experience
Understanding of IT systems (SAP, Sofon, Apptus, for example) and integration thereof
Experience leading programs, including; risk, time and cost management
Understanding of key integration topics and work to be done to realize integration goals
