Administrative Support Responsible of providing Customer Service Team support for the regions in tasks such as Credit / Debit Notes, Internal Billing Process, Bill of Lading approvals, Internal weekly Reports.
Documentation Prepare all relevant documentation like Bill of Lading, Invoices, Packing list and all applicable import documents.
Ensure proper documentation is organized to be share with final Customer. Order Management Support the Operations & Customer Service Team, for both finish goods and visits / POS in SAP, Red Bull Shop ordering, support the resolution of logistical and operational issues originating from both the third-party logistics and customer.
