What's The Role?
Across all LLA, this role is responsible to manage and execute Performance and Automation Test Strategies for IT related deliveries, with focus on securing an increase of usage of automation and quality outcomes;
This role works with outsourced vendors to continuously improve automation methodologies to further improve the efficiencies in the test process.
What You ll Do
Design & build test harnesses for Functional and Non-functional Testing.
Design & build frameworks Test Environment Automation, Test Data Automation, Network Automation.
Design & build test harness for API testing.
Design and Build Test Harness for Performance Testing.
Design and Build Test Harness for Security Testing.
Participate in the selection of automation tool.
Execute automation strategy, define and manage automation metrics, and drive process improvements.
Mentors other QA professionals in test automation best practices and adherence to overall testing strategy.
Responsible for administration of test tools and integrations required to support the test automation strategic roadmap and will implement enterprise-wide standards and process guidelines to ensure effective use of the tools.
Assist in defining measurable testing metrics and build out automated reporting and dashboards.
Provide automation test reports and statistics and ensure accurate and complete documentation.
Manages and oversees the execution of the Automation and Performance Test Phases.
Follows resource and financial management guiding principles, both for internal and external staff.
Measure and Report per standard LLA norms with Key Performance Indicators.
Proactively mitigate and control test risks.
Creates and (indirectly) manages a knowledgeable cross-functional team to manage integration troubleshooting.
Increase automation efficiencies by gradually creating stronger KPI results per quarter.
Knowledge & Experience :
Preferred education / qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
Hands on experience in Test Automation with tools like Selenium, Appium, Katalon, Robot Framrwork, RPA tools.
Experience in API testing / automation is an added advantage.
Knowledge in SQL and ability to write complex queries.
Exposure to DevOps & CI / CD integrations- Git / Stash, BitBucket, Jenkins, Atlassian toolset etc.
Experience working in various testing methodologies / framework such as keyword-driven, data-driven, BDD, etc.
Experience in deploying and managing a multi-tenant, non-shared, instance product(s) in a SaaS offering.
Experience with deployments and operations of 24x7 high volume, highly available systems.
Cloud scaling and automation experience
Enjoy working with a large variety of services and technologies.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of development, debugging, administration and automation frameworks : C# / .NET, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, etc.
Experience with logging platforms and application performance metrics : DataDog, NewRelic, Splunk, ELK, App Insights Analytics, etc.
Proficient in one or more cloud providers, i.e. AWS, Azure, GCP.
Experience with both Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
Security and compliance experience (ISO2701 / SOC2 / FedRAMP / etc.) highly desirable.
SAFe certifications or experience is an added advantage.
Ideally educated to degree level or alternate appropriate industry experience.
Demonstrable experience of working in complex operational environment managing cross-functional teams.
Experience in telco industry, preferably in an international multi-market environment.
Proven experience engaging effectively with and senior level management.
Experience and appreciation of working in a customer focused environment essential.
Experience working in cross-functional, international teams.
Track record of concurrently handling a variety of projects while coordinating and supporting the efforts of cross-functional team members.
Substantial knowledge of the IT architecture landscape including new technologies.
Excellent track record on Test Methodologies and automation, including risk-based testing and resource management, both internal and offshore.
Preferably bi-lingual English Spanish or optionally, excellent skills in one of the languages and fluency.

Willing to travel as required away from the corporate base. (Around 5% travel) note that with current Covid situation, there is a travel restriction;
the requirement considers the return to normal situation.
