  • Customer Success Project Manager Advisor Role Overview : The Customer Success Project Manager will assure that all necessary activities are completed as scheduled to support the Global Customer Program such as;
  • administrative processes, order placement process design, order tracking process design, custom process specification, product constraints identification, and logistics / delivery issues communications.

    The Global Program Manager addresses and coordinates specific program requirements by leveraging a network of Dell experts from around the globe.

    Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying systemic issues affecting multiple customers and implementing corrective actions projects in benefit of the overall organization.

    Key Program Deliverables : - Global standard products - Global customer reporting - Global pricing by customer - Operational guidance supporting 194 countries - Global Escalation Management Requirements :

  • Advanced communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong organizing, priority setting and planning skills.
  • Proven leadership skills. (Team lead / Manager / Coach / Trainer or similar)
  • Ability to network and build business relationships.
  • Understanding of Project Management language and methodologies.
  • Strong research and problem solving skills.
  • Project Management Education. For example : CAPM Certification, Project+, Prince2, Six Sigma, Agile, SCRUM or a Graduate Degree aligned to role.
