The Global Recruiter will be responsible for a full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
The Global Recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
They will also attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Global Recruiter are to ensure our organization attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as a partner to hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with internal and external candidates.
Manages the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping to find, hire, and retain quality talent.
Sources candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Screens resumes, interviews, and manages candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to final offer negotiation.
Monitors and applies HR recruiting best practices.
Provides analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
Performs reference checks as need.
Stays abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
Ensures all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of recruiting experience preferred (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.).
Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable making decisions independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
A strong desire to work as part of a global team in a complex, fast-paced environment.
