In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse group of executives, business leaders and technical experts to create and promote assets that highlight thought leadership and organizational capabilities.
The deliverables that you will work with cover a broad spectrum of mediums, including traditional text, success stories, infographics, and social channels such as videos and blog posts.
As a technical writer you will have the opportunity to gain a foundational understanding of IBM technology solutions and produce documentation that delights our customers, business partners and IBM sellers.
As a Business Information Leader, you will work with a team of content professionals that contribute to IBM and organizational business growth by applying their talent for design, writing, content development, and strong communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities : Develop consumable social content, including blog posts and articles, that are accurate, engaging, and relevant for publication on external and internal social networks Support organizational executive team for all internal and external communications, develop stories to support key messages and drive delivery and promotion of content to appropriate communication channels Contribute to strategic social and content strategy planning with marketing team, including specific campaigns Develop customer success stories and create blogs Collect information from existing assets, research and interviews Manage relationships and facilitate interviews with subject matter experts Work with assigned IBM team to identify content opportunities and create content that helps to increase brand awareness, engagement and amplification Manage content pipeline and revision process with various IBM stakeholders Coordinate publication and content syndication with social business managers Pro-actively communicate with sponsors to provide status updates and resolve issues If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position 94,000 to 174,000 is based on a full-time schedule.
Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. >
