The Role

We are looking for an Account Executive (AE) to play a critical role in expanding our user base by bringing onboard potential teams, research labs, and companies as well as maintain existing user relationships.

You will be working closely with our engineering and product teams to be the voice-of-the-customer and drive platform adoption from product demo to paid conversion.

You'll be working directly with our SDR's to

  • Drive sales motion from inbound / outbound leads to meet monthly revenue quotas.
  • Generate leads via social selling on developer platforms and attending relevant conferences and events (ScaleX / CVPR)
  • Partner with developer teams in the AI space to understand their biggest problems and see how the Datature platform can solve them
  • Develop proof-of-concept models using the Datature platform for prospects use case
  • Tailor sales strategy to different user segments and geographies to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn
  • Efficiently communicate with Product and Marketing to provide feedback on platform features and overall brand positioning
  • Become a Datature Ninja (oops, we meant 'expert') to run platform demos and communicate succinctly about product value.
  • Ideal Profile

  • You have 1-3 years of relevant experience in SaaS or B2B Technology Product Sales.
  • You have demonstrated track record of success in effectively converting inbound and outbound leads
  • You posses fantastic written / oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way and identify unmet needs of ML teams.
  • You have prior experience with CRM and relevant software such as Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • You can conduct background research of leads and account use cases to drive customer success on the Datature platform
  • You are able to provide clear, factful reports of monthly progress and communicate needs to the team for improving own performance
  • A Bachelor's degree and a specialization in hard sciences is a plus.
