The Collections Dispute Specialist will support the Dispute, Cash Applications, and Collection team with customer inquiries.
Responsible for determining the root cause for disputes, understanding the collections process end to end, and resolving issues that consists of unpaid invoices and deductions / short payments in a timely manner.
