Create and maintain summary and detail reporting for field operations and HR teams in OBIEE.
Provide ad-hoc reporting as requested by internal team members and Field Operations.
Maintain sales compensation product hierarchies and classification rules within OIC. Work with the product managers and products and pricing teams to resolve questions and ensure changes and updates are incorporated in a manner to support accurate crediting and compensation.
OIC System maintenance for plan administration including building calculation expressions and formulas.
Evaluate and test systems and / or plan enhancements for feasibility of administration within compensation systems.
Work with IT on OIC development projects
Plan and support integration of acquisition sales team members and products into Oracle Incentive Compensation.
Support quarter end close issues with invoicing
Help to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in process and the system. Work with project team to work thru exceptions and closes all gaps identified
Engage business partners to drive simplification or other ad-hoc projects
Maintain compliance with corporate accounting policy and ensure consistent process across the region and globally.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business Administration or equivalent work experience
8+ years of relevant experience working
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Technical Oracle Incentive Compensation experience
Experience with OBIEE or similar BI platform
Strong problem solving skills and attention to details.
