AP DS8K remote technical support for Disk Storage Products to Greater China Group, Asia Pacific, and World Wide IBM customers.
As storage remote technical support, you will1. Initial contact with AP DS8K HW call / Dispatch parts to help AP customer to fix the HW issue.
2. Provide root cause analysis and code fix to customer problems.3. Provide tips and guidelines to field team to improve the problem resolution efficiency for customer.
4. Work closely with the field client care team to handle customer complaints.5. Provide quality feedback to development team and collaborate with development team to provide fix to customer.
