Sources candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams. Works with the hiring managers to develop strong selection processes through the use of creative and innovative techniques and tools.
Coordinates interviews with Hiring Mana Supports hiring for positions repeatable in nature and / or internal positions Partners with hiring managers and others with Talent Acquisition to develop effective strategies for success Understands and supports diversity recruitment methods Identifies the most appropriate candidate(s) for a job opening Provides advice and consultation to the hiring leader Establishes qualifications for a job opening and screens candidates against set criteria Adept at developing good sourcing strategies to provide optimal sourcing mix Work involves both transactional and add- value critical thinking work Work is business group, skill, or geographically limited.
Relationships with candidates and hiring managers are key to success drives processes. Top 3 Must-Haves (Hard Skills) Advanced English (will talk to candidates in North America).
2-5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing in Talent Acquisition, ideally in multinational companies. Intermediate office at a user level.
Nice-To-Haves (Hard Skills) Knowledge about Digital, IT and Cyber security areas. Sales Support and Tech Support experience can be considered as these do solving and administrative / troubleshoot tasks.
May be on to someone with no HR background. Experience of competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices. Good knowledge of Workday and sourcing tools.
