What's The Role?

The Learning Operations Specialist is responsible for collaborating with Learning & Development Team, Instructional Designers and Learning Management System Managers to upload, maintain, and assign courses, curriculums and programs in the Learning Management System.

In addition, the Learning Operations Specialist will be responsible for performing various learning management system administrative tasks such as user management, course management, reporting, and deactivation / archiving courses.

What You'll Do

  • Execute user account / access provisioning within the Learning Management System environment, including but not limited to managing user profiles / roles and user accounts;
  • and changing passwords.

  • Support end-users and their onboarding teams with system access and completion of new hire education requirements.
  • Design of eligibility criteria and aligns curricula, pathways as required.
  • Act as the point person for issues and questions regarding system for the users.
  • Provide technical support and training to new and existing Learning Management System
  • Oversee and effectively plan and communicate system updates, upgrades and integrations in partnership with stakeholders, vendors, People team and IT Departments.
  • Test, configure, maintain, and perform accurate Quality Assurance for the Learning Management System environment and its integrated products / processes, including user experience.
  • Verify, submit, and track product bugs / issues to ensure prompt resolution by our vendor's support teams.

  • Follow documented processes to maintain data integrity, access and security.
  • Generate reports to monitor training compliance.
  • Liaise with Learning & Development and Operations teams to identify / resolve issues and initiate improvements.
  • Assist in transitioning courses to updated technology platform as needed.
  • Perform quarterly reconciliation to remove terminated employees and contractors from the learning platform.
  • Reports on completion information and provides that to the Learning & Development and Talent team.
  • Any other duties consistent with the general level, nature and function of the role.

  • Skills & Abilities :

  • Experience in : Power BI or TABLEAU
  • Strong skills in MS-Office products (Competent in Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
  • Troubleshooting, and an understanding of directory, file structures and systems.
  • Proficient in written & oral English & Spanish Language.
  • Preferred education / qualifications :

  • Educated to degree level in IT, Data Analytics, HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
