What’s The Role

The Senior Architect, Roadmap and Strategy B2B will be responsible for unifying under a common strategy for the future development of the technology used by one the verticals of the B2B product portfolio in the Mid and long-term scenarios, anticipating the effects of the changes and evolution of the vendor technology in the whole B2B roadmap strategy.

Knowledge & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information System, Computer Sciences, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience within the IT and Telecommunications industry
  • 5+ years of experience within the B2B products and cloud services implementation
  • Experience working with multiple disciplinary teams across multiple areas as product management and product development.
  • Strong technical certifications such as Cisco CCNP or similar
  • Good knowledge in IT related systems; BSS and OSS
  • Strong verbal and written communications, English, Spanish
  • Proven technical knowledge, implementation, and operational experience around B2B solutions such as IaaS, DaaS, SaaS, TVaaS, Unified Communications and collaboration and security solutions, among others.
  • Experience in the business application of technology, an analytical and rigorous approach, business case experience, ability to turn data into insightful executive summaries.
  • Digital-focused experience of identifying and exploiting new value streams enabled by leading edge technologies.
  • Digital commercial background, good knowledge of Digital Service Integrator Models, outsourcing advisory, experience with contract negotiations and service contracts.
  • Experience in helping client’s re-position their digital & technology portfolio to fuel growth by balancing cost and capability.

    What you'll do :

  • Working with industry and business specialist, Product Management, Product Development, to develop comprehensive technology strategies, including IT opportunity assessment and consolidation, Opex and Capex optimization, information strategy, enterprise B2B, B2C architecture strategy and evolution.
  • Establish a close relationship with Product Management / Product Development and industry vendors to develop and implement client vision, roadmaps, and governance to address today s business requirements and plan for the mid and long term, 2 to 5 years vision.
  • Assist the organization to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance.
  • Managing multidisciplinary teams to shape, propose, communicate, and implement programs.
  • Determine B2B technology strategy including ad hoc assessment of strategic technology questions and continuously tracking / evaluating new technologies.
  • Support on capacity, availability planning.
  • Support definition and documentation for RFP / RFI and Proof of concept.
  • Support evaluation of new vendors and technologies through due diligence and evaluation of RFI / RFP process to ensure business requirements are properly assessed.
  • Coordinate forecasting with commercial teams and forecast the required IT Components / Service capacity aligned with the commercial activity.
