Position : Regional Strategy and Business Transformation Manager
In this position, you will be responsible for preparing aligned perspectives between region, operating countries, and functions.
We are seeking a strategic thinker who can connect opportunities aligned with our regional strategy, influence deliverables, and reach milestones through collaborations across various levels and functions in the organization.
He / she will join a dynamic and evolving team whose is priorities are shaped by the organizational strategic roadmap.
Duties & Responsibilities
Shape, lead and execute the development of strategic processes and methodologies for the region and / or functional needs
Drive high quality planning ensuring competitive, ambitious, and well-crafted plans and strategies
Unify, standardize, and strongly execute processes / projects across in collaboration with relevant functions
Ensure there is a consistent process of selecting, designing, monitoring, and closing Strategic Initiatives to be executed through the year
Maintain and evolve strategic roadmap tracking ensuring monitoring of operational and financial objectives by creating status reports, final deliverables, and performance metrics
Oversee, execute, and monitor internal cross-functional project implementation from conception to completion using project management methodologies
Manage multiple projects portfolios, ensure appropriate budget, quality, and timely delivery
Develop and execute trainings and workshops for key elements of strategic planning
Responsible for implementation and volution of key strategies like Launch Excellence, lifecycle management and portfolio planning
Lead the strategic evolution of Lx model and its harmonization across the region
In collaboration with regional and local brand value teams regularly manage the launch coordination across cross-functional teams
Collaborate with IT partners in the integration and enhancement of platform opportunities
Progress critical strategy decisions through appropriate regional and local governance committees

Relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry and / or consulting in matrix environments
Previous commercial experience within marketing or strategic planning and management
Experience in product commercialization practices
Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese proficiency is preferred
