you will ensure we provide the highest level of guest service for our VIP guests.

  • Know and apply always the service and quality standards through the procedures manual stipulated by the company.
  • Perform internal audits and follow up on LQA / Forbes audits and online review management systems.
  • Experience & Abilities :

  • Knowledge in systems such as OPERA, POS, MS Office, especially Excel & Power Point. Online Review Management platforms.
  • Previous experience supervising departments such as Concierge, Guest Experience & Butlers
  • Handling of Quality and Guest Experience audit programs. IAuditor / LQA / Forbes / AAA
  • Complete knowledge of the English language.
