4-6 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of applicable Dell technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs.
Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing.
Effectively use software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills
Manage time and prioritize effectively; demonstrate an ability to cope with a complex and changing environment
Requires sales experience, advisory selling & advanced Negotiation Skills to effectively exercise power and influence key decisions for the benefit of Dell and the customer
Familiarity with the Salesforce.com
High level of interpersonal relationships, positive attitude and resilience
Long-term vision of business / technology direction for Dell.
Capable of working effectively with functional leaders throughout the organization
Must be results driven.
Must be able to travel internationally
Bi-Lingual required (Advanced English) Excellent communication (both written and oral) skills.
Ability to work under stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
Background in extremely high volume, fast paced environment preferred
Complete understanding of Dell’s product and services portfolio.
Experience in selling intangibles
Knowledge in Windows 10 solutions and migrations
Experience Selling EMC Residency solutions
Recognized internally or externally as a thought leader on the industry, the Dell business model and competitors.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred.
