The Talent Manager will be responsible for driving and managing all processes and procedures related to talent for the OneSource (Shared Services) and Latin America Distributor’s Market (commercial business) teams.
In partnership with HRBP, leads the talent strategy in line with strategic imperatives of the business. Ensures the selection, development and retention of talent with a focus on capability building and diverse perspectives.
Fosters a high performance culture and the values of the organization. Strong collaborator across the business unit as well as with other HR COEs and HRBPs in support of effective and efficient HR Service Delivery to the organization.
Sources, screens and interviews candidates for all open roles (as needed)
Extends all job offers
Responsible for partnering with Global Talent / L&D / HR Operations COEs to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of processes, procedures
Partners with HRBP to develop talent strategy for recruitment (i.e. developing partnerships with local universities, providing insights to benefit trends in the market, etc)
Serves as ELC Project Manager and manages relationship with external staffing agency for build of function
Conducts orientation for all new hires
Partners with HRBP to determine needs and content for training
Develops content and facilitates training sessions for employees (as needed)
Manages relationship with training vendor for Service Mindset training
Oversees and issues reports for key stakeholders on recruiting and training (progress of recruitment for project, total individuals trained to date, etc.)
Partners with HRBP to manage succession planning process and lead talent review process
Partners with HRBP to manage annual review process
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish.
