The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
Provide daily comprehensive support for sales, including creating and managing proposals.
Communicate frequently with the sales team to handoff communications, capture information, and encourage customer loyalty.
Engage with field technicians in both English and Spanish daily to answer questions, resolve concerns, and offer advice and solutions amidst difficult solutions.
Prepare detailed daily, weekly & monthly sales reports containing relevant information on prospects regarding leads, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives.
Attend regular meetings as required with the office to discuss individual and company goals and inter-departmental coordination efforts.
Organize and coordinate special occasions holiday incentives for employees.
Process requests for additional supplies and tracking inventory
Skills Required :
Reliable and detail-oriented with a proven track record of exceptional customer service and results-oriented methods
Enthusiastic and positive with excellent multitasking skills
Experience with multiple industry tools and programs such as Google Sheets / Docs / Chrome, CRM’s
Highly proficient with computer skills
You enjoy connecting with new people, be fearless in using email, the phone, chat and social media to book appointments
Employ strong listening and problem-solving skills to both differentiate our offering from the competition and to help you overcome resistance without being pushy.
Work very well with a team, but also be able to manage your own time
Understand the delicate balance between encouragement and speaking To The Point
Previous experience in high-level customer service is helpful but is not required.
