In this role, you will have the opportunity :
To be responsible for the implementation of the business strategy for our Domestic Appliances category in Latam. This position has a regional scope, and will be based in Panama.
You will be responsible for :
Translates mid / long term developments in the market into future product plans and identifies the necessary key components for realizing future product ranges.
Collects and analysis market information with reference to mid / long term market developments.
Translates product strategies into general product plans and defines the future product portfolio changes.
Ensures that product plans are integrated with planning of other disciplines
Takes the lead in the definition of new product ranges.
Manages the product portfolio.
Work with complex market / channel structures, focused on our most important customers
Responsible for the fit of the product plans with the business strategy.
Develops local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth, in line with Quality & Regulatory requirements
Determines product portfolio for the Markets, setting up and executing road maps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-
out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available on the market in time and with low costs of stock
Optimization and drives continuous improvements applying LEAN.
In this position you will be part of the regional (Latam) Personal Health business, working together with the different clusters within Latin America.
To be successful in this position, you should have the following skills :
Masters degree or MBA in marketing or related field
Proven track record in regional marketing positions, with responsibilities implementing business strategies for large / several business units
Experience as an integrator in a dynamic market and / or matrix organization
Experience with P&L management incl. revenue and margin management
Significant experience in marketing in the consumer domain
Fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a big plus
Experience with working in a business with complex market / channel structures
Marketing channel mix strategies (on-line and offline)
