Purpose of the role
Responsible for assisting sales with technical warehousing and distribution (WnD) queries and onboarding of new clients into commercial process.
The technical sales manager acts as a key point within the entire commercial engagement with the customer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for assisting sales with technical insights in Warehousing and Distribution queries.
Takes over entire customer journey once leads are identified by Maersk Sales.
Onboarding new clients through the sales process.
Responsible to develop business and focused on top line growth.
Provides insights to customer team and execution team on supplier issues and capabilities.
Secures Ad-hoc quotes and capacity for physical distribution products as required.
Secure ad-hoc deals needed to fill white space as required.
Support operational viability of complex opportunities as part of the OMEB / Sales process.
Contribute to securing new business wins by actively engaging in the sales process.
Team works as delivery analytics to do predictable and retro active analysis of day to day execution cycles
