Enterprise Information Security's (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargo's infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws.

EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

We are looking for a Web Developer to help our eTask team. eTask is an automation platform that tracks compliance, creates reporting and automates tools needed by the Infrastructure team.

Primary responsibilities for the individual in this role will be :

  • Developing eTask based on requirements
  • Participating in Daily Update Meeting
  • Adhere to team standards, processes, workflows and schedules
  • Evaluate eTask requirements to provide feedback and estimates to complete work
  • Approach development and production issues methodically
  • Must be comfortable working on multiple, complex issues and projects
  • Participate in production releases as required
  • Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of web development experience; including programming and developing web applications
  • 3+ years of Linux experience
  • 3+ years of Object Oriented experience
  • 5+ years of development experience with one or more of the following : Java, C++, C#, C, or .NET
  • 2 + years of Tableau Dashboard development experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with Relationship Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL
  • Desired Qualifications

  • Experience programming or developing applications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Financial industry experience
  • Ability to manage source code repositories
  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology infrastructure and networking
  • 3+ years of JIRA experience
  • 5+ years of Java experience
  • 3 + years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Other Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with common development environments and practices
  • Experience with Scala development
  • Build automation and engineering with tools like Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, etc.
  • Experience writing automated tests using Junit or other standard Java testing framework
  • Job Expectations

  • Flexibility to work in a 24 / 7 environment, including weekends and holidays
  • Position Hours : Monday - Friday (as early as 7 am and as late as 6 pm ).
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
