Quality Assurance Lead (PAN-E)
We are searching for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead (PAN-E) at our Panama facility.
Primary Role and Responsibilities :
As a Quality Assurance Lead , you will assist in the development and implementation of technology-based election solutions.
You will be testing embedded software applications, and assisting in the design of these applications to meet both functional and technical requirements.
Within the engineering team, you’ll also learn, teach, pair, explore new technologies, implement best practices and help continuously improve the team in a fast-paced environment.
Lead and support the team to meet the planned activities and promote teamwork.
Provide technical team leadership, direction, and mentoring to the quality assurance engineers.
Define and analyze the scope of test plans and test cases to be elaborated.
Monitor and Control the Test Plan Execution and Reporting.
Coordinate the required support during deployment.
Consolidating and validating lessons learned registered by the QA team.
Improve and enforce quality assurance practices and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related scientific field.
Certified ISTQB : Tester Foundation Level or equivalent.
Knowledge with software development life-cycle.
Knowledge of agile methodologies.
Knowledge of quality Assurance practices during software development life-cycle.
Knowledge of set up of testing environment.
Knowledge of test management tools like Zephyr and bug tracking tools like Jira
Knowledge in identifying, isolating, reporting and tracking bugs.
Experience in creating documentation in Spanish and English in tools like Confluence
Preferred qualifications, knowledge, and skills
Advanced ISTQB certification level.
