Integrate within the Market and Business Unit, lead and develop the Supply Chain and trade asset teams, to ensure a smooth and efficient execution of demand and supply planning process, including Local and Intermarket scenarios, an effective application of Best Practices, optimize use of the tools, efficient execution of trade asset activities, assuring its control and spare parts availability.

Share experience and contribute to increase knowledge & capabilities in own area of expertise, within and outside own market in the Group.

  • Energize and maintain proficiency level, training, and motivation of the team.
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of Demand and Supply Planning and the Inter-Market Supply team to effective, and execute all related activities and projects of the Market.
  • Ensure the coordination of trade assets (coffee machines and other trade asset investments) at market level, including preparation of the investment budget and the administration and control of them and the spare parts.
  • Manage the relationship with Inter-Market partners (Producers and Receivers) and ensure a day-to-day positive close collaboration and communication and monitor the performance and take the necessary actions when issues are detected.
  • Maintain a close communication with Regulatory Affairs, Foreign Trade and Legal Departments to ensure compliance with local regulations (Customs, Health / Environmental regulations, Transportation) and anticipate any foreseen change in legislations or regulations.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of New Product Launches and increased 'Speed to Market' through effective coordination and working together with Innovation & Renovation team.
  • Identify and promote sourcing opportunities to optimize the group industrial set up and the advantages of trade commercial agreements among the countries, while considering the development of potential local sourcing aligned with the creating share value (CSV) initiatives.
  • Lead and promote Operations sustainability projects and contribute dynamically with Initiatives in other business / market areas.
  • Drive the contingency plans (BCP) to assure sourcing availability and other process to ensuring busines continuity.

  • Professional in Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain, Logistics, Administrator and / or related careers.
  • Supply Chain - Supply Chain Management and Development - End-to-end Business Insight.
  • Any relevant operational experience in at least one of the following areas : Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Operations (Demand and Supply / IMS Planning)
  • Customer Service or Customer Facing Supply Chain
  • Business Process Quality (Supply Chain Development)
  • Physical Logistic
