Community Engagement Manager (m / f / d) - Renewable Energy

Due to continued business expansion, we are looking for a Community Engagement Manager (m / f / d) - Renewable Energy to support our project development activities in renewable energy.
This position is based in our Bogotá office.
Your profile : - Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience
Experience in social strategy implementation for energy project development
Experience working with indigenous communities
Knowledge of sustainability, climate change and project development
Profound knowledge of social and environmental Government requirements for project licencing
Relevant educational qualification, including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in either economics, environment management, sustainability or social studies
Strong communication skills and the capability to interact confidently with various stakeholders
Commercial, creative and pragmatic thinking about improving ESG practices
High proficiency in MS Office programs
Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
Willingness to travel
Your responsibilities : - Define the best social roadmap for successful project development based on ESG standards
Develop and maintain strong and sustainable relationships with project s stakeholders and collaborate with ministries, government agencies, regional offices and municipalities
Lead and support environmental subcontractors during the socialization of the activities
Carry out successful negotiation processes with the surrounding communities and stakeholders
Guide the Consulta Previa and concertation processes
Arrange logistics on site for team members and subcontractors
Solve possible social conflicts through good practices and transparency
