What is the opportunity?
As a member of the Operations Emergency Support Team, you play an integral role in resolution of on tour incidents. This team supports the Safety and Incident Response team (SIR), all international Tours products' Tour Directors around the world, our sales colleagues and our customers.
Our goal is to efficiently and effectively resolve on-tour incidents as they arise.
To enjoy this role, you need to be creative, like problem solving and emergency response work. You need to be calm under pressure and have good judgement.
As a member on this team, you will have exposure to functions, colleagues, products and senior stakeholders around the world.

How does it work?
As a part of the Operations Emergency Support Team, you would join a group of trained team members who take shifts remotely (from home) throughout the year on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, in the evening (1730-0130).
There are also some occasions where you may be able to support the core Incident Response team during the weekday daytime as well.
You would need to have access to the laptop which you would be provided with (and a stable internet connection (Can be a hot-spot as long as you have the signal!)) so that you can respond to any incidents in a timely manner.
Qualifications and skills
To be considered for this role, applicants must have the legal right to invoice us to receive a payment for professional services in the country to which they are applying.
Note : For required applicants we will deliver training and onboarding to prepare you for this role.
